Submitting Art Files

After placing your order online, refer to steps 2, 3, and 4 of the invoice. There, you will find a personalized link to download your templates.

PDF Files

High-resolution Adobe PDF files are acceptable. Please be sure to use "High Quality Print" settings when generating your PDF.

Illustrator Files

Open your template in Adobe Illustrator and create your artwork on a new layer. Any raster images used, should be in .tif format and in CMYK mode. Before submitting Illustrator files, make sure that all fonts are converted to outlines and that all embedded images linked are in CMYK color mode.

Photoshop Files

Open your template in CMYK color mode using Adobe Photoshop and create your artwork on a new layer. If working at actual size, then please be sure to have the file set up at 100ppi. If the file is half size, please be sure it is at 200ppi. Save this file as a flat .tif file with no compression (this window appears when you save your document).

Acceptable Files Types

If working at actual size, then please be sure to have the file set up at 100ppi. If the file is half size, please be sure it is at 200ppi. Save this file as a flat .tif file with no compression (this window appears when you save your document).

We do not accept Microsoft Publisher, Power Point, Excel, Word or Corel as print files. Any art designed in thes applications may be saved as a high quality PDF(s), but printability is not guaranteed.

File Sizing:

To ensure that no distortion takes place, files should be sized at bleed size. This way the art goes from edge to edge once the graphics has been trimmed to Finish Size.

Color Mode:

All of our printers work in CMYK so we prefer all art to be provided in CMYK color mode to ensure the color accuracy of the print. All files that are sent in RGB will be transformed to CMYK prior to production. A file that is printed in RGB mode will often cause a color variation.

Any PMS colors should be embedded in your files or transformed into a CMYK build.

Letter Visibility Chart:

We've gone ahead and created a chart for you so that you can be sure that your message gets across and is legible from a distance.
