LustrePrint Laminated Graphic:  The laminated graphics that we produce in our print studio for pop up displays and banner stands are a combination of a LexJet Display Film and a separate LexJet Laminate material which combine together to produce stunning graphics that have a lifetime warranty against delamination!

Our display film is a bright-white, high-gloss DuPont® Melinex polyester film with a production-friendly instant-dry coating and a light-blocking layer. This blockout layer keeps the support structure of pop-ups and retractable banner stands from showing through when the graphics are displayed. Images printed on this film look so vibrant and detailed that some professional photographers use this material to make competition prints that resemble Cibachromes!

We laminate the film with Textured Coex Laminate featuring PreLume® technology. When applied to the film, the finished graphics will instantly look brighter and whiter. That’s because the PreLume® optical reflection technology offsets yellow and gray color shifts that can occur in printable papers and films.

Artisan Banner Graphic:  Our print studio produces economy banners using LexJet Poly Select Heavy, a matte finish, water resistant, 100% polyester fabric with a uniform, tight weave that provides a visually pleasing, glare-reducing texture. This bright-white, 13 mil fabric produces brilliant colors and provides the lay-flat properties required for use in banner stands and many other forms of trade-show graphics, store signage and POP displays. It is also a good choice for eye catching murals, window displays, hanging flags, banners, backdrops and other soft signage. LexJet Poly Select Heavy is compatible with all dye and pigmented aqueous inkjet and latex printers.

DyeMaster Oxford Dye-Sublimation Fabric Graphic:    We produce stunning dye sublimation prints on our rugged 8 oz. Oxford cloth material.  This bright white fabric gives stunning color with incredible detail.  It is available up to 120” width.  This is a single sided material and is designed for indoor use only on truss and hybrid systems, some banner stands and custom banner applications.

DyeMaster Knit Dye-Sublimation Tension Fabric Graphic:  Our tension fabric graphics are produced on a 5 oz. Soft Knit material that is known for being lightweight yet durable.  Commonly referred to as Celtic Cloth, Soft Knit is a Warp Knit 3 bar fabric that is 100% Polyester. This wrinkle resistant fabric is single sided, designed for indoor use only, it has great definition and presents a very high quality print.  We use this on our overhead hanging signs, our tension fabric exhibits and our Billboard in a Bag displays.
