Print Technology

We use several different printing methods across our products.
Learn for yourself how each artwork is created below.

UV Printing

Bring your graphics to life with UV printing. Our UV printer is ready to produce pixel perfect recreations of your artwork with state-of-the-art ink dispersion software. As soon as the ink makes contact with the substrate (print material), an array of ultraviolet LEDs flashes by to rapidly polymerize the ink. The ink undergoes an instantaneous change from liquid to solid and bonds to the substrate at a microscopic level, leaving you with a vibrant graphic that will stand the test of time.

Dye-Sublimation

Dye-sublimation printing is all about the ink and its abilities. Sublimation inks have a unique property that causes them to evaporate into gas in the presence of heat. Once heated, pressure can be applied to use these gases to dye fabrics and a number of other substrates. As a dye, these colors can be applied more evenly, giving dye-sublimation prints their continuous tones and seamless gradients. For fabrics, anything but dye-sublimation is a disservice.

Aqueous Inkjet Printer

Do you have a printer at home? You likely have an aqueous inkjet printer. By far the most widespread and well-known print method, aqueous inkjet printers have their place in homes worldwide because of their ability to print high contrast images in a dynamic range of colors. But while the process may be the same, this is not your household printer. Our industrial aqueous inkjet printers have been calibrated for numerous color profiles and our dedicated pressmen know which ones will bring out the highlights in your artwork.

Laminate

Dirt, dust, and debris can unwittingly damage displays for even the most cautious of owners. Guarantee yourself some peace of mind and laminate your graphics to protect them from the elements. Our wide-format laminator is capable of running both hot and cold laminations and we offer lamination services as an upgrade for all our products (excluding fabric).
