Displays and Exhibits accepts all major credit cards and personal/business checks. Returned checks will incur a fee of a minimum of $35.00 and no more than $150.00.
All cancellations must be in writing. Client is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly. A refund will be issued less labor and material costs incurred. All refunds will be in the form of a check and will be mailed to the clients billing address within 30 days of the cancellation. Changes must be in writing. Orders that require changes will be treated as a cancelled order and client will be responsible for all labor and material costs incurred. A new order will be generated to reflect the requested changes. Contact Customer Service for additional information.
Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Displays and Exhibits reserves the right to not honor any claims or discrepancies not reported within 48 hours. Displays and Exhibits cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed merchandise. Lost, damaged, or delayed merchandise is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Returns will not be accepted after 48 hours and cannot be returned without prior authorization from Displays and Exhibits. Contact Customer Service for additional information.
Client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated for a special promotion. Properties that are shipped will be insured for the full replacement value. Displays and Exhibits can not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed merchandise.
Displays and Exhibits will use all reasonable efforts to meet the ship date on the sales order. In the event an order is not ready to ship by the ship date on the sales order, it is established that Displays and Exhibits’ liability is limited to the sale price of the order in question.
Due to unavoidable style modifications and enhancements, products of comparable cost and style for those illustrated on our website or in emails may be substituted. We reserve the right to withdraw any product offering without notification.
All faxes require a cover letter stating the client name, sales order number, and consultant name. All emails require the client name and sales order number in the subject line. Displays and Exhibits is not responsible for any malfunction that affects receipt and/or omitted information in the fax/email. All documents received after 12PM PST will be considered received on the next business day.
Artwork should be submitted at http://inbound.displaysandexhibits.com or emailed to [email protected] To meet the scheduled delivery date, production ready artwork, as defined by Displays and Exhibits Graphic Art Guidelines, must be received by the due date listed on the sales order. Artwork received after 12:00PM PST will be considered received the following business day. Incorrect or incomplete artwork will not be considered received. Orders will be considered cancelled if artwork is not received before the due date listed on the sales order. The client will be responsible for all labor and material costs incurred.
Artwork proofs will be sent to the email address listed on the sales order. The client must approve the proofs within 24 hours by replying to the original email containing the proofs. Approval must be in the form of a reply. The reply must be generated from the original email containing the proofs and must be sent from the email address listed on the sales order. No other approval will be accepted. The order will be considered cancelled if approval is not granted or received within 24 hours of the original email. The client will be responsible for all labor and material costs incurred.
Production begins upon receipt of complete sales order, payment in full, and production ready artwork as defined by Displays and Exhibits Graphic Art Guidelines. All documents received after 12PM PST will be considered received on the next business day.
Proposals are valid for 24 hours or as stated for special promotions. Proposals may be changed or revoked by Displays and Exhibits at any time before acceptance.
All items found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at Displays and Exhibits discretion. Our standard guarantee is one year parts and labor which warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or abuse.
